We are residential lettings agents and have been successfully matching tenants with new homes in Brighton and Hove since 1984.

We are a trading division of Austin Rees, one of Brighton and Hove’s most established residential block and estate management companies, with a portfolio including some of the city’s most recognisable buildings. As an independent letting agent we are able to provide both tenants and landlords with a level of service that you want.
With offices in the busy 7 Dials we are able to keep our finger on the pulse of Brighton and Hove’s busy rental market and provide a high level of service right across the city.
How we are regulated
We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA). Our services are offered in accordance with the ‘RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code’.
Any money that we hold, or handle for landlords or tenants is fully insured and protected through our membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Independent redress is provided through the Ombudsman Service: Property.
We are also members of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the UK’s foremost professional body for letting agents. This means that we have agreed to comply with the professional standards outlined within the NFoPP Conduct and Membership Rules.
